RETURN & REFUND POLICY 

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original packaging with tags and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or beauty products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email at uhudmarthelp@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with a Return Authorization Code and return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to our Lahore warehouse within 7 days of approval. Return shipping cost is borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product.

Store Credit Option

Prefer store credit? Let us know — we can issue instant UHUD Mart credits to your account for future purchases.

Late Returns

Returns initiated after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion but will only qualify for store credit.
